You may open the package and check your items before the courier leaves.

Please note that returns during delivery are accepted for the entire order only; individual items cannot be returned separately at the time of delivery.

For orders above EGP 5,000, the remaining balance and delivery fees must be paid in advance, as couriers can collect a maximum of EGP 5,000 in cash.
